Just had a very nice break at Whittlebury Hall with three friends. On the plus side, its a good fun place to go with friends and is fantastic value. The food is excellent and they use Elemis as their standard product. The facials were lovely. The downside, it gets horrendously busy on a Saturday, so I would recommend trying to get there for a mid week break.
Their administration wasnt brilliant. If you book into the hotel, rooms are allocated at 3 p.m, as standard, but do be sure to arrive at the Spa for 10:00 in the morning, as they will book your treatment regardless of what time you are arriving. They dont make this that obvious and we saw a few people arrive later than their treatment times!! We also arrived with only 15 minutes to spare ourselves. The all body massages weren't anything to write home about.
