Having messed about with the booking as one of our party was ill I can only praise the patience and understanding of the reception team. W eventually arrived for our half-day packages, a big surprise for our pregnant friend whose treat was the purpose of our visit.
Our welcome was pleasant and efficient, lunch was delicious, our time in the pool area, alone as a group was wonderfully relaxing and our treatments superb. My only criticism and suggestion would be to have been offered a welcome drink when we arrived as I had travelled nearly 100 miles and lunch was another half hour wait. Other than that, the day was perfect in every way.
