Sacha and John review The Haven Spa, Drymen
I visited The Haven Spa in Drymen on Saturday 23rd October for a much needed chill time. My treatment was a full body massage, by Ailie and boy did she work it! She incorporated some of La Sultane de Saba product, a shea butter and I believe some frangipani and lotus flower, utterly edible smells but not too overpowering. I couldn't even speak afterwards, as I had been wrapped in a cocoon for a whole hour, not one piece of me had been left untouched.
The relaxation room on the upper level was a wonderful surprise. My partner and I were both led upstairs, half asleep to a room I can only describe as a little piece of heaven, subdued lighting, day beds and blankets, we felt like royalty. We were offered herbal tea and read some books and magazines. At no time did we feel rushed, which is often the case with some spas. Who wants to get in their car and drive home straight after a massage?! Highly recommended! Great products in the shop too...
