Eastthorpe Hall: the staff respond to the review by Ms Clark

We always take constructive criticism on the chin, and welcome regular feedback from our customers. However, we are desperately upset about the content of this reader review and we are sorry that the reviewer highlighted some areas of our service that they were not happy with. I would suggest that the events reported are from one point of view and may be presented out of context.

We pride ourselves in providing exceptional levels of customer care, and have comments from thousands of customers who receive a high standard of service from our family run spa, evident in years of successful trading.

We tried our best to accommodate our guests and threw in a birthday bottle of champagne on the house as well as extend the length of their half-day trip. It is a shame that they say that the service was great and the food was excellent and then suggest the opposite, as we strive hard to maintain our 5-bubble status, and exceed customer expectations.
