When I read the review from Tina on the site, I was extremely surprised because this was not the experience I had just last month.
Being a bloke I did not know a lot about spa treatments and the receptionist kindly took the time to explain it all to me. I made the bookings for myself and my wife with ease.
On arrival we were warmly greeted and shown through the spa by a receptionist who explained everything we needed to do. The treatments were amazing and we relaxed in the tranquil lounge for a while before going back to reality.
On the whole the experience was very enjoyable and I would recommend this spa to anyone who is looking for some rest and relaxation in London.
