David reviews Imagine Health & Spa at Knights Hill Hotel, Norfolk
I recently asked my daughter, "What do you want for your 21st birthday?" She replied, "A spa day".
I had heard of Imagine in King’s Lynn and booked a day for my daughter and two sisters. I hadn't got many things right as a Dad in her 21 years but for once in booking Imagine I did!
The service was great with a couple of lovely touches (champagne and chocolates, even a key to her locker with 21 on it). The staff offered a subtle blend of friendliness and professionalism. The spa itself offered a complete range of treatments and features i.e. mud bath etc. The refreshments were great.
All of my party relaxed (including myself). My daughter was made to feel very special and pampered. So much so her younger sister wants a similar day for her 18th!
