Mandy reviews Eden Hall Day Spa, Newark
Well where do I start: the showers were dirty, the pool had a dirty tide mark all the way round it, one of the treatments I received that I had to pay extra for was rushed as I was the last treatment of the day and the staff were ready to go home.
I was advised that my nails would take an hour and a half to dry and we had to be checked out in 30 minutes. So by the time I came to leaving my nails were ruined. When I informed the staff, their customer service was terrible and I wasn't refunded for my treatment, so I won't be returning to Eden Hall thank you very much.
