"What a lovely day! It was my first visit to Eden Day Spa after a recommendation from a friend and it exceeded my expectations. As soon as I stepped through the doors I received a warm welcome and the friendliness of the staff throughout the day made my experience even more enjoyable. The three course lunch in the restaurant was divine and I was very impressed with the variety of food on the menu. I now feel so relaxed and can't wait to bring my daughter along with me next time I visit, which will be very soon! Thank you again to all the fantastic staff"

"This is a fantastic spa with great facilities, and a really relaxed atmosphere - I have visited 4 times in the last 2 years and thoroughly recommend it. My only complaint is with regards to the "Beautiful Bump" package and my treatment as a pregnant visitor to the spa. I visited the spa at 36 weeks pregnant and was really looking forward to some TLC and relaxation time. I was given a list of activities I could attend, which included the "Yoga Relaxation" class. I went along with my Mum-in-law but having gathered my mat and sat down perfectly comfortably was told by the instructor - in front of a full room - that this wasn't for me, and that I would be best leaving. I said that I was fine, but was told that this would be really uncomfortable - and so left with everyone watching on. It was horrible. This combined with signs everywhere stating "pregnant women are not advised to..." etc, I was feeling less than relaxed and a little discriminated against. I complained to the duty manager, and despite the enormous pain of having to meet with her 4 times (going back and forward between me and the instructor - which seemed simply ridiculous) was offered a free hand or feet package. This helped as I'd never had a pedicure before, but definitely ruined the day for me. I returned a year later and thought the yoga relaxation (under a new instructor) was a bit rubbish anyway!"
