"Staff bit ditzy and seemed to try their best but unorganised.Spa treatments were good .But there was nowhere to relax ,eventually got a room to chill and read in ,but was so noisy wish I hadn`t bothered.Then it got worse as the hoovering started would have used the jacuzzi but it wasn`t working,the steam room had grime on the floors and the pool was cold.Will not be going back .Asked for refund but no reply"
