"I visited KuBu yesterday and spent 3 blissful hours being treated to their signature ritual. It was mind blowing. I have never felt so relaxed during a treatment before and everything was perfect. I cannot wait to go back again!"

"I had a massage and a facial and as a big spa fan I liked the place. They have done well with the space they have always hard when buildings are listed. However points I noticed lighting too bright during facial so hard to rest my tired eyes!! & no heated facial mitts just hot water not quite the same effect! Slippers poor quality my feet got cold!! But the Champers and choc a real hit and decor amazing! Relaxation room a good place to come around!! Would visit again."

"I booked treatments for my partner and I for my 30th birthday (really pleased the team could fit us in at short notice).

I had an amazing facial, lasting for an hour and 15 mins, started with a foot soak and rub, finished off with a glass of fizz. My boyfriend (a first timer to spas) had an aromatherapy massage, he adored it. He was a litle nervous I think, not having visited a spa before so unsure of what to expect, but everything is explained well, the environment is ultra relaxing (as soon as you enter KuBu you are greeted by a fabulous scent that helps you leave the woes of life firmly behind the door) and the pre treatment experience from changing rooms, to relaxing day bed help set the scene.

We returned the next day for a 2 hr 15 min ritual - fabulous. Foot soak and massage starts you off - followed by an aromatherapy body massage and scrub for me and a hot stone massage for him, then a flower bath with great products, more fizz and chocs - yum. I had the best time - a little sleepy by the end of the massage, hope I didn't miss too much of it! All in all an amazing time had by us both. We had time to relax and prepare ourselves for the outside world after the treatments (hairdryers, deodrant, body cremes etc).

Staff were friendly, professional and discreet.

The only complaint from my boyfriend - his robe and slippers were on the small side (but he is 6ft 5) - shame!"
