"What a shame, my sister booked a spa day for herself, my mother and me as a Xmas present to have a day of pamper and child free bliss. Really disappointed... where do i start?...
1) KIDS KIDS KIDS were everywhere, it was like a busy leisure centre in the pool, and although the kids were only allowed between 9a,m and 11am they were still there at 11.15 until I asked reception to get them out
2)the treatment (facial) was lovely but no sound proofing so had to contend with scafolding being erected and kids shouting in the corridor while trying to relax
3) Not enough changing room space
4) Changing room was FILTHY had dust everywhere
5) No relaxation room to get away from it all, only reception or the pool area
6) No jacuzzi or hot tub

Food was over priced and bar was under staffed, all felt like noone cared.

Such a shame"
