"We returned to the spa for a taster day, after having a 3 day break there in June. We had a lovely time, then and wanted to experience the spa again. We were disappointed as we were first informed that the dryer was broken, and that they didn't have any robes other than small and medium. We had to change into our day wear just to have lunch in the wine bar, then change back into our suits to enjoy the spa after lunch, and have our treatment. In the wine bar, my heart went out to the waitress as there were at least 20 people waiting for lunch and drinks, and she was all alone. Why don't they provide her help for two hours when people are eating? They also didn't have what we had ordered for a starter, and didn't tell us until soup was delivered instead. The Tre-Ysgawen is such a lovely place. I just want it to be the very best, not second rate. "
