"Very disappointed in the service we received during the whole day. This was a special day and my daughter was giving me a day out.
To start with we were not offered any slippers, and had to ask for some footwear to go from spa to relax area. On going to the pool found all 9 seats were taken, we then decided to go tp sit in relax area. Now we discover not one vacant seat available, so I guess clients are expected to stand and wait for a vacant chair., tissue box in the ladies changing was empty despite request to reception, it remained so all
afternoon.
The shower in the pool area was boiling hot-water only

The coffee area in the relax room was a filthy mess, half empty cups of coffee and rubbish on the table all of the afternoon. We were told this was the perfect place to relax with a book, but the lighting wasn't working sufficiently making it impossible to read.
The fish was raw in my lunchbox ,but staff were very polite, and replaced with new piece..
