Elemis Day Spa, Mayfair - 4 bubbles

Shy Spy is a big fan of Elemis products so was delighted with an invitation to visit their flagship day spa in Mayfair. But what's a Cooling Hot Stone treatment? "I had a facial at the Elemis day spa yesterday. The facial itself was good. BUT: I was told to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment, which I did, and was then kept waiting for nearly 40 minutes. The toilet was blocked with toilet paper and would not flush. After the treatment I was presented with a bill which had a "discretionary" service charge added to it. I really object to this: it is a form of extortion. If a client wishes to leave a tip, by all means offer them the opportunity to do so. But do not assume that you can add it to the bill."
