Our Good Spa Spy discovered the true meaning of "no pain, no gain" at these terrific London treatment rooms. The Bliss Tri-Oxygen facial is one of the best treatments she has ever had, in terms of results, although she'd have liked to have known more about what to expect. Simple, stylish and luxurious, Bliss delivers professional but pricey treatments from a comprehensive menu. If it's visible results you're after, though, you know where to go.

"My childhood friend recently suprised me with a birthday treat, by taking me to Bliss spa to have a massaage with Chris Campbell, her massage therapist.

Once I checked in she showed me downstatirs to the ladies changing room and said goodbye, where one of their employees showed me how to use their lockers and then instructed me on how to get to the lounge afterwards.

In the lounge I helped myself to a cup of tea and shortly after Chris arrived to collect me for my treatment.

In the treatment room Chris asked if I had any areas which needed focusing on, but I told him, he should just do whatever he feels.

He used some techniques I have never experienced before, which quite literally blew me away.

As somewhat of a massage junkie, I usually have treatments twice a month and I have experienced quite a lot of treatments over the years, but I must say Chris' treatment is far superior to any I have ever had.

I recommend a massage with Chris at Bliss anyday.
