"I have been to this spa so many times now I've lost count - I go on short breaks to Centre Parcs PURELY for this spa as it's just so brilliant. I love getting a spa day which includes lunch and drinks which you choose to have at your leisure. The spa is large and has so many different rooms and areas to visit. There's a European Sauna, Turkish, Japanese, Balinese, Greek and a few more which I forget the names of. There's lots of sitting areas with various chairs and loungers to relax and read your book on. The outdoor pool is great in the winter, and the ice fountain in the summer after going in the sauna is brilliant. There are water beds which are insaely comfortable and a zen garden to wander around in and have a breath of fresh air. The foot spa is great for tired feet. They often offer fresh fruit and fruit juice on a table - a really nice touch. Elemis toletries in th showers and toilets! Only downside is the whirlpool which is often cold. I 100% love this spa!"

"I went to Penrith Center Parcs for a University study trip - being a spa therapist myself I had to make judgements from a client point of view in this case.
I was glad the staff were able to help with questions when it was a little busy but they must've known we were secret shoppers, the lady at the information center in the park was rather rude but considering there were about 20 students asking the same question anyone would be upset but i think in that particular job scenario you have to be patient.
We had the opportunity to use the Aqua Sana but as a study not for pleasure although we could still use the facilities and relax. We were very impressed with the spa, however the whirl pool wasn't working effectively as it was rather cold. There were staff going around advertising products and offering free salt scrubs and giving sauna rituals which added that extra little bit of detail to the spa experience.
Even though the spa wasn't as clean as it could be, the manageress did however bring a handyman into the spa to point out the nooks and cranies which needed attention such as the broken tiles on the floors and a couple of the water pipes in one of the heat experience rooms.
Overall the Aqua Sana offers a large variety of treatments, products, spa packages and experiences for both men and women so value for money is guaranteed, and very recommended to anybody wanting to relax and soothe their minds, bodies and souls!!"
