"Bought the Mother's Day spa package - obviously as a treat for my mum for Mother's Day.
Firstly, i completed an online form for the spa to get in touch with me about available dates, no one did, i had to chase them up.
On the day, the jacuzzi was out of order, shower was broken, swimsuit dryer broken and several lockers were out of order. Reception area furniture was drab and rather dirty looking. There was a very large group in which made using all facilities difficult as we had to queue.

Treatments were appalling. I have been to this spa countless times before and received excellent treatments, but the head therapist has now left and things seem to have gone down hill. Being a former therapist myself, i don't think the therapists at the hotel have had any training in E'spa treatments.
Overall it was a huge disappointment for what was supposed to be a treat.
I have written to the hotel to complain, two weeks on i have still heard nothing.
Don't think I'll go back again..."
