"I've spent some time in spas. I frequent them, in fact. Agua isn't a spa, but rather an experience. It's an amazing combination of world-class treatments and exquisite, ethereal design. Even when the place is busy, you still feel like you're being catered to. Although I'm pressed to name a favourite treatment, I'd have to say it's the Eve Lom Experience, a truly rejuvinating mind-body facial that leaves the skin exquisitely fresh and radiant. Agua also caters to groups - I had my birthday party there with 6 friends (all Agua converts now!). The cuisine was delicious, and no detail was spared. A final comment: the tranquility is top-notch (isn't that what a spa is all about?). While I hesitated for a moment to publicise my London spa secret, you really are missing out if you don't try a session. In fact, you'll find it hard to choose just one...Enjoy!"

"Went last few days ago and used a voucher my fiancee gave me for our anniversary. Had Eve Lom facial. A-mazing! A very lovely Polsih girl made sure I got 100% of comfort! I can still see effects now! I am deffo coming back in a near future!"

"I had a lovely time at agua. It was a bit noisy but it is understandable as everything is divided by curtains. But it was the best massage I have ever had. Excellent staff from attendants to reception. Will definitely be back."

"Terrible experience having a massage here. I wanted to relax but instead heard the noise of at least 4 people chatting from the treatment rooms on other side of me since the only dividers are curtains, heard footsteps, laughing, and even a carpet cleaning machine running. I complained to receptionist but she smiled, charged my credit card, and told me I might have better luck next time. Well, there will be no next time. I will go elsewhere where I can actually get some privacy. What a rip off."
