I had a phone call at 9am on the morning we were meant to be going, they had to cancel due to a therapist being ill. Sorry but thats not good enough, O Spa is meant to be a large spa, this shouldnt of been a problem and it should of been solved, my appointment wasnt meant to be till 2pm. I will be getting a full refund and claiming all money back on travel. Wouldnt recommend this Spa to anyone at all!"- Reena Patel 16/04/2012 "I had the same i booked my treatment and when i got there was told that the therapist had called in sick and they had tried to email me, even though I had no missed calls or emails i accepted that it was one of thoses things and re booked. The next treatment they told me exactley the same thing and i re booked again and called to check my booking beforehand for the third time, they began to tell me again that the therapist had called in sick but i kicked up a big fuss and they managed to squeese me and my friend in. The service was awful the receptionist were rude and unprofessional. I complained to the head office and received no response for months when i did they apologised and offered me a free treatment which i booked through head office, when i arrived at the salon for the treatment the salon was closed. I tried to call 6 times with no answer in the end heading home. DO NOT BOOK ANY TREATMENT WITH THIS SALON IT IS AWFUL- laurab393 06/01/2012 "REALLY ANNOYED! We had a great welcome, followed by our treatments, which we never wanted to end. The staff couldn't do enough for us. To cap it off we were then allowed to use the leisure centre facilities which were first class. This week I've been researching how to find the place and have been horrified to find endless damning reviews of the place online. So I called them to confirm our appointment for today, which they did. Then lo and behold, I have an email cancelling my appointment due to "unforseen circumstances". Their other spa's have closed for "refurbishment"mmmm. don't think so.I had to contact them through the health club they are actually in.Totally unrelible.I have a voucherthat is not worth the paper it is printed on."- Nic 18/05/2011 "I booked various treatments through lastminute.com on the 08/02/2011 as a birthday treat for myself, only to be emailed two days before cancelling the appointment, after numerous phone calls & emails with no response i contacted lastminute.com who have told me they have cancelled all ties with OSPA as there is lots of complaints the same as mine. (nice of them to let me know!) They have cancelled my appointment twice, each time less than 24hours before, once by 'phone and once by a text message. I've had so much trouble getting an appointment. I was even told by customer services that booking via their website is unreliable. Anyhow couldn't get any dates via the phone so tried the website again when it was working and got one. Now trying to phone them the day before to confirm I definitely have it, but can't get through and apparently their customer services is closed until Monday!! Don't want to take a trip to find that out I don't have one. They won't even give the branch phone number that says it all! Don't waste your time."- eshaw 06/05/2011 "Very disappointed with the service received at the City Riverside Branch. The staff were very unhelpful and the therapist I had was useless. She hardly communicated with me and the end product of what she did was not worth paying for. Considering the experience at any spa should be relaxing and rejuvenating I left this branch feeling very angry and stressed. They cancelled me twice and I am still waiting for a call to reschedule my appointment. In the end I had to contact the head office and rebook at another branch because I did not feel confident about returning to the Riverside branch.
