"A beautiful spa, very enthusiastic staff! Settings are stunning, treatment rooms are very spacious, loved the snug Relaxation room. A lot of Thought and detail in the design and presentation. Disappointed in the treatments for the price you pay, I had high expectations which were not met unfortunately. Therapist failed to target problem areas in full body massage, and the facial felt generic and a push on sales! Drinks also very pricey £13.50 for a milk shake! £5 for tea. I would go back if there was a special offer on."

"I was welcomed by smiling, enthusiastic staff who made me feel like a queen. My experience was magic. The concept of having everything i needed under one roof in such a beautiful environment appealed to me. My medical practitioner was knowledagable, professional and skilled in her trade;she made me feel so at ease! i cant wait to have a massage and use that gorgeous pool!!!"

"A beautiful spa with excellent service. You are greeted by professional, but very friendly staff. You have a consultation and complete the health questionnaire, then are escorted to the changing rooms and shown all the facilities. There is a lovely relaxation room, where you meet your therapist. My treatment was well explained, lovely and very relaxing. Everything is pristine. I would highly recommend this spa - luxurious and relaxing. The afternoon tea was wonderful too."

I did think it a shame that a plastic surgeon would be affiliated with something, only to not be available for treatments. His 'assistants' left me feeling slightly if not a little nervous with their youth and seeming inexperience.
However, a lovely spa with tailored packages to suit individual needs. "
