"A disappointing visit. My husband enjoyed his facial, but my massage was both clinical and cold, thanks to the therapist's chilly manner. This is the first massage I've had-and I've had many-where there was no facial massage element to it, meaning I left more aware than ever of how tense my face was. There is nowhere to sit other than the main reception whilst you wait-which was extremely busy, noisy and cold.

A very average experience-which is a shame, as having sampled many of the Soho House group outposts, has left me less inclined to go back than I have been after previous visits.
