"Although I have given a date in September, despite booking a whole year in advance I never actually got to visit this spa because they cancelled my appointment two days before with no explanation, no rebooking (despite promising this) and NO REFUND! So at the moment I am £75 out of pocket and very angry. The appointment date was changed several times, once from my part and once because of the Bond St Underground works because the original appointment was at Bond Street. Because of the impossibility of either speaking to anyone on the phone or getting an email reply (I tried both countless times) I eventually called in at the Spa in August and was able to rebook the appointment to 12 Sept. The staff were rude, bored and totally disinterested in the long queue of customers trying to book. I was not impressed but having paid lastminute.com in August 2010 I had no option but to go with it. I would love to hear an explanation about their so called customer relations. Angela Hoy"
