"Unfortunately I ordered some products(Order Id:190792) from O spa London more than one month ago. However, I haven’t received both the products and any notice from them. More worse, all the emails were auto-replied and no valuable information at all. Even when I telephoned them, the retailer didn't take the responsibility and just told me some other telephone number!
So, I can't contact anyone now!
Would you please give me any explanation about your custom service? Please tell me when my product will arrive and don’t tell me any telephone number like these: Canary Wharf - 0207 519 6589 City Riverside - 0207 283 9797 Regents Street - 0207 534 7719 08456013688 08456044991"

"Yet another terrible O Spa experience. I purchased two vouchers from Groupon for O spa product on 24 June 2011.I was sent the voucher numbers and went to redeem them on O Spa's website as instructed. I place the orders and was given confirmation emails.. First complaint, O Spa charged my credit card 4 times instead of two.So I e mailed them and in response I was told someone would be in contact no later than two weeks. Since then I have emailed four times, I also tried calling the Customer Service center. What a joke.. Its a recorded message and it refers you to the Spa's themselves.. To no ones surprise No one answers the phone.. It is now 5 weeks later I still haven't heard from them and still don't have my orders yet ..I have however been charged 117 pounds and still no products.Or response from anyone in either e mail or phone call.. I have contacted my credit card company and they have issued a chargeback to the company. Also have contacted them for putting threw one transaction three times and billing me for three instead of one... People just have to google O Spa london and you'll see the comments about their lousy service.. There are pages and pages and pages of em..Wish I would have done this. It would have saved me alot of trouble and also 117 quid. Don't waste your time or money on this company.. Groupon states that I saved over 250 pounds on these deals.. There is a saying " If it seems to good to be true, it usually is" and in this case it sure seems that way ...DON'T waste your money ......."

"I bought an O Spa Groupon voucher in Oct 2010 for my boyfriend’s birthday in Nov 11. However, O Spa didn't answer emails, voicemails or the phone for 3 weeks so by the time I got through, O Spa couldn't fit him in until Apr 11 – last weekend.
He turned up to redeem my gift this Saturday to find they had double booked him & he could not have the service - despite us receiving several confirmation emails.
He had to rebook for Jul 11 - so 9 months after the original purchase.
Perhaps voucher customers (Groupon, KGB, Last Minute, Crowditiy, Living Social, etc) are treated with less respect and given a poorer service, but I suspect full-paying customers aren't treated much better.
Groupon continue to demonstrate gross negligence by allowing a company like O Spa to sell products they do not have the capacity to deliver because Groupon knows it.
Neither Groupon or O Spa's customer service teams responded to my complaint so I am writing online reviews for the first time in my life. "
