"I've often thought about popping in here for a massage as its very conveniently located for me. Recently i did and i regretted it instantly. For me a massage is about relaxation and peace and quiet. This was not what i got. The noise was everywhere and awful. There aren't walls but partitions between the areas hence you can hear everything being said in the adjacent rooms. the spa manager was walking around slamming doors immediately outside and talking at the top of her voice calling everyone "lovie" including me which i personally hate. The room on the other side had a therapist spray tanning who had to shout over the sound of the spray and wouldn't quieten down even when asked. I heard all about the staffs conversation with her mother as she regaled it to her colleague. I mentioned this to my therapist and she did nothing, but quite happily asked "how was that for you" at the end?????"
