"I booked a top of the range facial for my mum as a treat and a pedicure for myself. My treatment was 15 minutes less than the time quoted in the brochure and as I sat waiting for my mum all I could hear was the staff talking about how much money they had made that day and how they wanted to go home (our appointments were the last of the day). I was made to feel uncomfortable and I thought it was quite unprofessional of the staff to speak this way in front of a client. The facial was apparently very good but I would not recommend visiting this spa as there are many better ones in the area."

"My friend and I booked a spa day and were very disappointed with the day. It cost us £50.00 each and was very poor value for money. The spa is in the health club and whilst the staff were very nice the facilties were shabby. Lunch was a sandwich and a scone - it was ok but you couldn't order anything else.
The spa facilities were unclean, cramped and old. The treatments were lovely but lasted less than an hour. For £50 per person this was a disappointment and we certainly wouldn't book again or recommend it to anyone."
