"I went chose the 'Festive Bliss' package which was a full body massage and facial.It was anything but blissful.The treatment room was freezing despite the therapist turning the heating up and having 4 towels draped over me. I spent the whole time shivering and it completely ruined what was supposed to be a calm and relaxing experience for me.Never again."
