"I was really disappointed with the treatment I received. I received this bliss pamper package from my children and I was supposed to receive a one and a half hour treatment but I was out of there in less than an hour! The facial was very unsatisfactory, the lady spent most of her time looking at some papers and occasionally putting something on my face and then wiping it away. The massage was ok but short. The final part of the treatment was a mini ‘manicure’ and this was the worst bit of all, she literally applied one coat of nail polish (over my already painted nails!) and sent me on my way…"
