"My friend and I go to Spas alot. Although the treatments (revitalisation and mani) was truely Excellent - the Spa it self looks very nice, I would not rebook. Why told to turn up at 9:15 . and then hung around for at least an hour and a half .. no fruit just coffee - had to go hunting for Sugar and Fruit tea and the relaxation room was cold with old magazines (from up to 6 months ago .. you can only read so much about th new Celebrity big Brother thats going to be great once its actually over) With having no pool or sauna and the hot tub .. you can only go in it at your allotted time.. the lunch was a wrap and small salad with water .. no fruit or fruit juice left us disappionted as we had heard good things about this place. In summary - excellent treatments - but its not a spa, its a very up market beauty salon. "

"Went with my girlfriend. Didn't know what to expect as i've not been to a day spa before. The receptionist put me at ease straight away as if she knew how i felt. We had a brilliant day. Champagne in the hot tub. Does life get any better"

"I visited Chill Out Spa on Friday as a surprise for my wife's birthday. I wanted it to be a special day for her and cannot thank the staff enough for making us feel so welcome. The building itself is fantastic and their attention to detail unbelievable. If i was to be critical in any way there was some building work going on outside. It didn't spoil our day but the views from the window weren't as good as they could be. Apparently, the work is to improve the spa further which will take some doing"
