Nobuko really focused on my problem areas,very tight shoulders and neck also gave deep relaxing facial. I just didn't want it to end. My boyfriend suffers from insomnia but he slept very well after the treatment. She is polite, friendly and very professional, has amazing god hands which I've ever had. It was so nice soft,smooth and beautiful and also treated exactly points and areas with firm pressure. Very unique experience. We can say it was the first class service. We spent the whole day there as included using spa facilities and had the most wonderful day. If you want a special relaxing time, this is the place to visit! We will definitely come back soon! They are very friendly and totally make you feel de stressed after the massage I would recommend the 'Oriental Head Massage' its lovely to be able to have a swim and sauna etc too all included in the excellent and very reasonable prices I would give them 5 stars go on just try it out and see ! :-)"- rocky1 10/09/2010 "Facial at Ki Spa Leisure Club Langley, Heathrow Windsor Marriott Hotel SL3 8PT. VERY DISAPPOINTING !! I've bought 4 £10 promotion voucher from lastminute.com thinking that to try out a facial in hotel setting. Well, forget about it!! I was treated like nobody. I've called in to book an appointment and ask whether I can use 2 vouchers on the same time, because there are no restriction on the voucher say I can't do that. The receptionist at the beauty salon straight away not happy that I wanted to do that and said the reason is because I bought it cheap. She told me if I'm not happy I can speak to her manager but it will take 48 hours to response to that matter. I'm not happy that she's being rude so I did not want to argue with her. I waited but no signs of phone call from the manager on the next day. I didn't complaint about it, I called in to booked an appointment, this time I only use 1 voucher. On the day of the appointment, I set off early unfortunately I got lost and can't able to find the hotel. I've called the booking phone number but it was on an answering machine. Eventually I found the hotel as I called the hotel reception to ask for direction. I was 10 minutes late for the appointment. I apologize for can't able to come on time because I was lost. The beauty therapist said because of that, she will only give me 20 minutes treatment instead of 30 minutes treatment. There are no such rules & regulations written on the voucher. It seems to me she is just being rude and not considerate. The beauty salon just make up those rules assume that we will accept whatever consequences they think it suits them. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. If I were you, I would never step in to that beauty salon."- Spa-lover 03/11/2009 |
