COMO Shambhala Urban Escape is a calming, minimalist spa space within the Metropolitan hotel on London’s Park Lane. Don’t expect to find pools and a thermal suite; do expect to find highly trained therapists performing Asian-inspired therapies with a focus on wellness of mind, body and spirit.
