I have paid for 6 IPL sessions and had only one. When I called to reschedule my second appointment the phone just rang out, and they're not answering their emails. Many others have turned up to the salon for their appointments to find it locked up with no explanation as to why. It has been closed for around two weeks now and no customers have had any contact from them. A shocking situation!"- Alex 19/04/2011 "This is a terrible spa. the building is lovely but the staff were rude and aggressive as soon as we walked through the door. I had the same experience here when it was known as Celeste and it still has the same owners - it's just been re-branded. Don't go here, you won't have a relaxing spa experience there are too many other lovely spa's in Edinburgh"- Sakara 11/10/2010 "What an amazing spa,as soon as you enter the former Bank Of Scotland building you are blown away by the design and interior. The receptionist (male)made me feel very relaxed prior to my treatment.A friendly therapist took me to the spa room with an amazing huge spa bath, floating candles the room smelt delicious. My Mango and Papaya Wrap was heavenly, the deepest tissue massage and Indian Scalp Massage i have ever had.The prices are very reasonable, customer care excellent i felt so relaxed .After my treatment i sat with a fennel and camomile tea in a chilled out spa relax area.Icant wait to go back!!"- Hot one 26/01/2010 |
