"I went here with 2 friends on a groupon deal so can't complain about price but I certainly wouldn't pay full price.
The changing rooms are very small. We had the hydro pool to ourselves but not all of the jets were working and no one came to check how we were and there was no way to ask anyone unless you went into reception in your swim wear. we were not given robes. I could not get the steam room to work and again no one to ask.
We then had a facial including a hand or foot massage. My friends were impressed with theirs but unfortunately my therapist had a cold and coughed throughout. My massage lasted all of 10 seconds and she then disapeared for what felt like ages. My friends had not been left alone so I was unlucky!"
