"I went to hydrohealing for the first time last week and i must say it was a good decision! I was greeted warmly by the staff upon my arrival and i felt immediately relaxed by the warm and chic interior. I had a REN facial and I have to be wary as I have problem skin but I couldn't have been more thrilled with the result! My skin looked radiant and healthy after the treatment and my boyfriend even thought I was wearing make up when I wasn't! Top marks hydrhealing!!"

"I visited this spa last week for a colonic irrigation, or a "Colonic Hydrotherapy" as its called at the spa (much more user friendly sounding!).
This was my first ever colonic and I was nervous to say the least! But after hearing about the endless benefits this procedure entails (brighter skin, weight loss, better digestion..etc) I decided to bite the bullet and just go for it.
I was instantly put at ease by the staff (I think they could sense how nervous I was) they explained the procedure (for those of you who don't know about the horrors of this procedure it involves warm purified water being gently introduced into the colon (large intestine) through a small tube in the back passage.. and u can guess the rest)
Sounds horrific...but I was surprisingly comfortable throughout the procedure!
I instantly felt a stone lighter afterwards! I came out from the spa feeling like a fresh new me! cleansed and revitalized ! I would highly recommend this treatment for anyone looking to give their new years diet a boost after a heavy Xmas period! Your body will definitely thank you for it!"

"This spa and its facials really are fabulous. I am a regular client, living just round the corner in Ladbroke Grove the location is convenient so I often pop in before an important event.
One of my favourite facials is the "Japanese Facial Lifting", which involves a white clay mask to begin with, followed by a sequence of Japanese acupressure, reflexology and lymphatic drainage and then finally a rosehip mask.
This facial is brilliant to anyone wanting to boost or enhance their skin before an important event, as its gentle and leaves the skin feeling refreshed and plumped up. Highly recommended!"
