"Amazing atmosphere, very professional staff. I was immediately put at ease, and had a truly relaxing pregnancy massage. I was very impressed at having any problem areas targeted. Excellent layout and very clean! Very highly recommended, and some excellent deals available."

"Be under no illusion that this is a spa. It is merely a collection of treatment rooms, a hair salon where one client is seen at a time due to having only one hairdresser and a very small waiting area with uncomfortable seating. A small kettle sits in this area where they can prepare coffee or tea.. A group of us visited recently for a "spa experience" and a couple of my friends who had massages really enjoyed them. Unfortunately, the blow dries we booked had to be redone after we got home as were the manicures (one ran out of time) and the other had to be repainted! I was offered no discount or recompense so therefore will never be back! Deceiving place as it is part of a 5 star hotel but don't be fooled!!"
