"I went to this "spa" with some friends...
It is more of a hotel with a room upstairs used for treatments than a spa. Beware that you will be sharing the facilities with other hotel guests - regardless of age. This means that spa customers are alongside noisy arguing and screaming families with babies and children in every area other than the treatment room.
Said treatment room is incidentally situated above reception, and is therefore noisy.
It is not pleasant to have to walk up to the main bar in a robe to get refreshments, when there are people trying to 'fine dine' therein.
The food is amazing at the Haven, the treatments are OK, but the facilities I could have found at my local municipal gym.
This might be a nice option for popping in for a quick treatment, and is a great option for food, but if you want to spend good money on a relaxing spa day with friends away from children where you can have peace&quiet and be waited on - this is not the place for you.
Avoid."
