Qi

Qi (say "chee") is your energy force, that flows along the meridians that map your body. When your Qi is flowing properly, you are balanced, well and healthy in mind, body and spirit. Get a blockage and you'll feel unbalanced = emotionally and physically. The flow of, and blockages in, your Qi correspond to physical and emotional health problems.

Good for: The free flowing of Qi ensures better mental and physical health.

Qi Gong

Say "chee gung". Similar to yoga, Qi Gong is a physical practice that features postures, slow flowing movement and controlled breathing, intended to bring your body and mind into balance.

Good for: Muscular strength and tone; balance; relaxation.
