What is Ashtanga yoga?
One of the most commonly taught types of yoga, Ashtanga is based on the ancient traditional yoga poses, and is fluid and more fast paced than Hatha yoga types.
Ashtanga yoga is also known as Raja yoga, classical yoga, power yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.
