What to expect during the treatment
"Germaine de Capuccini treatments should be an experience, not just a treatment. Every Germaine de Capuccini treatment begins with one of a number of starting "protocols". This treatment commences with five minutes of relaxing massage movements. Your therapist will use gentle pressure around the whole body.
The therapist will continue with our "Kobido" cleanse, using hot steamed towels and lifting movements inspired by Japanese massage techniques – a highly relaxing experience with no cotton wool in sight! Depending upon the client's needs, we can choose to provide an exfoliation or cellular renewal through:
* A scrub
* An enzyme peel
* A glycolic peel
* A resurfacing mask
Following this, your therapist will apply OPTIMALAGE serum to your face, neck and décolletage. This is followed with relaxing pressing movements with a warm towel. The treatment continues with the application of DX-O2 PERFORMANCE massage cream to the face, neck and décolletage with "Kobido" massage movements specifically tailored to your skin type.
"Kobido" is a massage originating from Japan, which was once reserved for Royalty. Its movements are intricate but highly relaxing and provide a superb lifting effect, which can be seen immediately. The Kobido massage takes 30 minutes.
Your therapist will then apply an AGE-GUARD PATCH facial mask in three parts. The Germaine de Capuccini "patch" technology is a mask with an adhesive film. Active ingredients within the mask are released and penetrate the skin, as heat from the skin activates this process. Whilst this mask is in place, your therapist will perform a 20-minute relaxation massage using simple movements, soothing strokes, hair mobilisation, pumping movements and a sequence of Shiatsu movements on the head and/or hands and/or feet.
Once your therapist has removed the mask, she will perform a series of "thermal contrasts" using warm and very cold towels on the face. Finally, to complete the treatment, your therapist will apply O2 Essential Youthfulness Emulsion & Eye-Contour Cream.
