Where can I get an American facial?
American facials are gradually gaining popularity in the UK, but they can still be tricky to find.
We think the closest you'll find in the UK to an American facial (the one that includes deep cleansing and manual extraction) are the facials imported from the US. Try the Triple Oxygen facial at Bliss London, for example.
However, there are product ranges where we know the facial treatments include a deep cleanse, and that will have the same effect on your skin. The Karin Herzog range includes a very effective "Bodicial" treatment that involves body massage to stimulate the circulation of lymph around the body to help eliminate toxins, and a facial which includes manual extraction of skin blockages.

Find the ones near you and you can check that they offer this treatment. Not stocked by as many places is Dibi, but their Puriderm treatment is great for problem, oily or teenage skin and is deep cleansing. Look out for it in a beauty salon near you, perhaps (we just list spas, not beauty salons) as it will be close to an American facial.

Our third suggestion is Thalgo - their Rebalancing Facial is specifically for oily/ combination skins. You can try this at Body Experience in Richmond.
