What do I get on a pampering day?
What is included on a pampering day varies enormously from spa to spa, and also varies according to which spa day package you decide to go for.
Some spa days, or pampering days, are plain vanilla and all you get is use of the pools and other facilities. Others may include a lunch, and one or more treatments. Sometimes the package will include set treatments which cannot be changed, and on other packages you may be able to choose your treatments from a list of options.
As spa day packages vary so much, it's a good idea to check carefully before booking exactly what is included. Ask the spa if you're in any doubt. You can find great bargains, sometimes, with a sprinkling of treatments included that work out at much less than if you booked each treatment separately.
