What should I wear on my feet at a spa?
Slippers, trainers, flip-flops... we've seen them all.
Towelling slippers or trendy flip-flops are the order of the day in most spas, and many places provide their own, embroidered with the spa name. Sometimes you get to take them home, sometimes you have to hand them back. Check with the spa. If you're planning on doing an exercise class, you'll need to pack your usual shoes and socks; we well as whatever you wear to exercise in - a damp towelling robe just isn't going to be the best thing on an exercise bike.
