Is my teenage daughter too young to go to a spa?
Check before you book - teen spa-ing is the new growth area, though, and there are many spas which offer special teenage packages.
Most residential spas are adult-only zones and they often have a minimum age of 14 or 16. However, day spas tend to be more relaxed about taking teenagers, and some spas, such as Body Experience in Richmond and Armathwaite Hall, Keswick, offer packages especially for them. Check age limits when you book and have a fab time!
