* Half a day chocolate making, including an introduction to the manufacture of chocolate, from bean to bar
* A chocolate tasting session. Get grubby while trying your hand at making dipped chocolates and hand-rolled truffles and take home the 25-30 chocolates you’ve made to enjoy (if you can wait that long!)
