Nearby is our 20 metre leisure pool sitting alongside a stunning array of stained-glass windows reflecting light and energy, giving you space… to breathe. Looking to re-energise a little further? We invite you to enjoy one of our expertly guided classes – including yoga, Pilates and celebrity-favourite Nordic walking. If you feel so inclined, challenge yourself at our 50-piece techno gym - with wellness specialists permanently on-hand to help and advise - or perhaps create a bespoke programme just for you.

Here, covered in soft blankets, you can doze off on one of our high-tech massage beds - with sound-wave frequencies to gently lull you into a deeply meditative state.

Planted here in our spa gardens in order that we could seasonally harvest and incorporate them in some of our signature treatments, custom-designed for us by Ila, the cult organic beauty brand. At Rockliffe Hall we believe in indulging body and soul - therefore many of our treatments are rooted in Eastern and ayurvedic tradition - such as the Kundalini back massage and the bio-energy wrap. Completing our spa portfolio are a number of treatments by Comfort Zone, the performance-driven skincare brand loved by beauty editors and experts alike. Here at Rockliffe Hall our kitchens are headed up by the Michelin-starred chef Kenny Atkinson (who you may just recognise from television and foodie magazines). At The Brasserie by Atkinson, located near the spa, nothing is too much trouble - whether you’re ordering a warm and nourishing three course meal or an indulgent light snack. Of course we understand that you may simply wish to stay poolside, being brought a freshly squeezed juice by one of our spa butlers. Champagne optional…
