For those staying the day, we provide robes, towels and slippers -- just bring your swimsuit (and your gym kit if you're feeling energetic and want to use the fitness suite). Between treatments, unwind in the relaxation suite or relax outside on the terrace.
Indulge in lunch as two courses are included in all of our day retreats. Come on your own, with a friend or bring your partner and share the experience. Choose a day retreat or go à la carte with over 30 treatments to tempt you. Whatever you choose, discover yourself in Halcyon.

And as if this fabulous new spa wasn't enough? The refurbishment programme for the rest of the hotel starting with the Mulberry restaurant commences on 20th April. This will include a fantastic new terrace area for outside all day flexible dining, a state of the art conservatory overlooking the manicured landscaped gardens and an a la carte two AA rosette restaurant offering more than just fine dining.
