The prize
The prize is one Pinks Boutique Try-Me kit per winner. Six winners will be chosen at random.
Terms and conditions
Entry is only open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees and members of their immediate families of the Prize Providers, and the Promoter are ineligible to enter. Any such entries will be invalid. Entry to the competition signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. There can only be one entry per entrant.
The opening date for this competition is Thursday 29th September 2011. The deadline for entries is at 9am (UK local time) on Friday 14th October 2011. Any entries received after this times will be discounted. Six winning entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will be the winners of this prize. The draw will take place on Friday 14th October 2011.
The winners will be notified by email on the address provided when entering the competition. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond as specified within 7 days of having been contacted and a message left, then the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random and thereafter until a winner is found.
The prize will be sent to the entrants within 14 working days of the draw. No cash equivalent or alternative prizes will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, the Promoter reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative of similar value. In the event that the winner does not, or is unable to, comply with and meet these terms and conditions, the Promoter shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify the winner, without any further liability to the winner. The Promoter and the Prize Provider do not accept responsibility for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the competition or of accepting any prize.
Data protection
The Good Spa Guide values your privacy and your details will not be passed on to any third parties or used for any other purpose other than this prize draw.
